Buyer’s Agent Fees are typically either fixed or variable (calculated as a percentage of the price you pay for the property you are securing). 
At Murphy Jacobs, we have a fixed fee model which means you will know what you are paying upfront. There are no hidden surprises. 

OUR FEE STRUCTURE

HOMEOWNERS & INVESTORS - $9,900

If you are looking to purchase another primary place of residence or investment property then the fee to have us guiding you is $9,900 with an Initial Engagement Fee of $2,200 (non refundable) and the balance due 5 clear Business Days after the purchase is unconditional.

FIRST HOME BUYERS - $5,500

If you are a first home buyer who is looking for guidance to secure your first home then the fee to have us guiding you is $5,500 with an initial Engagement Fee of $1,650 and the balance due 5 clear Business Days after the purchase is unconditional.

First home buyers outside home

NEGOTIATION/BID ONLY - $1,650

This is a one off, non refundable, upfront fee. If you are not successful in the purchase of the home/property, then this can be used as your initial Engagement Fee should you choose to engage the services of Murphy Jacobs Property Advocates further.

PLAN & STRATEGY

Our experienced team will spend time with you to establish what your specific goals are both short and long term. We will then devise a plan and strategy to suit your current position for an ideal outcome.

PROPERTY SEARCH

We will search and find the most suitable property for you. We have an extensive network of industry related connections and can therefore assist with both on market and off market purchases.

DUE DILIGENCE

Once we have identified a suitable property our team will conduct our due diligence process to ensure the property is in fact the right fit. At this stage you will be provided with a detailed report showing you all of the information you need to know to ensure that you can make an informed decision.

NEGOTIATE AND PURCHASE

All negotiations will be conducted by Paul. He will utilise his 30 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in order to purchase the most suitable property for you at the best terms, conditions and price.
